Cannoli have been around for many hundreds of years. For good reason.
Have you ever eaten an ice cream drumstick and thought boy I wish I could get some of the crunchy cone in the same bite as the creamy filling and the chocolatey, nutty toppings…well that’s cannoli! I’d call them a game changer but they were definitely around first.
These handheld treats have spawned classic movie lines and lots of great puns, I cannoli imagine how much fun curating this site is going to be!

I’m Dan and I’m your host. Because I love cannoli. If they’re on the menu, I’m gonna order one. I don’t even pretend to try to resist anymore. Traditional or kooky, at home or exploring new cities, a cannoli and a coffee is my happy place.
I’ve spent decades involved in the global baking and confectionery industry. I’ve owned a commercial bakery and a chocolate shop. I’ve made cannoli as dessert at home and I’ve made cannoli by the hundreds assembly-line style in the bakery. I’m a teacher, a writer and an avid traveler. Seems like I’m the right guy for the job.
